Our commitment to responsible, transparent, and human-centred AI
How 360AI develops, deploys, and governs artificial intelligence, and what that means for you.
Artificial intelligence is at the heart of 360AI. It powers how we source talent, surface market signals, screen candidates, enrich data, and deliver intelligence to recruiters around the world. With that power comes responsibility. This AI Policy sets out our principles, commitments, and practices for developing and deploying AI in a way that is transparent, fair, accountable, and always in service of the people using our platform.
1. TransparencyEvery AI-generated output comes with clear, evidence-based reasoning tied to your specific criteria. No black-box scores. No unexplained decisions.
2. Human-centred360AI's AI screens, surfaces, and prioritises. Your team decides. We built 360AI to augment the expertise, instinct, and relationships that define great recruiters, never to override them.
3. Fairness and non-discrimination360AI is committed to building AI systems that treat all candidates and companies fairly. We actively work to identify and mitigate bias in our models, data sources, and outputs.
4. Accuracy and integrity360AI combines multi-channel data aggregation with human verification to give you insights, recommendations, and signals that are well sourced and reliable. We work continuously to improve accuracy, while being clear that no AI system is perfect.
5. Accountability360AI is accountable for the AI systems we build and deploy, with clear internal governance processes, regular model reviews, and prompt responses to any concerns raised.
6. Privacy by designPrivacy considerations are built into every stage of our AI development process. We do not use personal data in ways that go beyond the agreed scope of our products and services.
Data aggregation360AI's AI models are trained and operated on data aggregated from multiple public and licensed sources across 100+ channels. We do not use customer data to train our core AI models without explicit agreement.
Model developmentOur AI models are developed and tested by an experienced engineering team, with regular evaluation for accuracy, fairness, and performance.
Human oversightFor managed delivery products, every AI output is reviewed by a member of our team before it reaches the customer.
Continuous improvement360AI's AI learns and improves with use, adapting to your market, your search patterns, and your feedback over time, always within the bounds of your agreed data handling and privacy requirements.
We would rather be clear about what AI can and cannot do. Results can be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate, particularly for niche sectors or sparsely documented individuals, and coverage varies across regions and industries. Our tools are strongest for company and market intelligence and for surfacing candidates at scale. They are designed to support professional judgement and verification, not to replace them, and AI output should be treated as research to be confirmed rather than fact about any individual.
We design our platform to support lawful, fair recruitment. In practice, that means:
The regulatory landscape for AI is evolving rapidly. AI used to evaluate, screen, or filter candidates falls into a higher-risk category under frameworks such as the EU AI Act, which introduces additional obligations around human oversight, record-keeping, and transparency, with the bulk of these requirements taking effect from August 2026. 360AI actively monitors these developments and designs its platform to support compliant use, while customers remain responsible for using our tools lawfully within their own jurisdiction and processes.
Responsible AI is shared. When you use 360AI, you agree to:
If you have a concern about any aspect of 360AI's AI systems, including a specific output, a potential bias, or a compliance question, we want to hear from you. Our team will investigate every concern raised and respond transparently support@360ai.com
